*The legal fee quoted is a basic fee for most business purchases and sales. However, if in our opinion, the transaction will require much more time than is customary in a typical transaction, a higher price will be quoted.

Buyer Services

  •   Reviewing and Negotiating the Purchase and Sale Agreement
  •   Explaining the Purchase & Sale Agreement to you.
  •   Corresponding with the Seller’s attorney and other parties
  •   Conducting due diligence to ensure that the Company you are buying is legally registered and will not violate any leases or other contracts when the Seller transfers ownership to you
  •   Ordering a lien and judgment search to determine that there are no liens, judgments or tax liens against the company or the Seller
  •   Preparing and reviewing all legal documents for the Closing
  •   Representing you at the Closing
